Here is How Our Referral Program Works:
- Fill out the form below or call us to submit the information about your referral.
- For every referral that results in a scheduled appointment, we will send you or your favorite charity a check for $50.
- For every referral that becomes a client, we will credit your customer account with the new customer's first month's billing, write a check to you, or donate the amount to your favorite charity 60 days after the customer's initial start date.
